Respect, Leadership, and Confidence

    E.M.H. specializes in starting and training young horses for competition, show, and pleasure. We have experience in many disciplines including the racing industry. 
    Every horse has a unique personality and disposition, therefore there is no specific rule or method of training that fits every horse. Each horse with a specific learning style needs a customized program to suite those individual qualities, intended discipline, and owners specifications.    
    Through a series of ground work, or in-hand exercises, horses learn to be respectful, responsive and willing, which then translates into a safe and confident riding partner. 
    Horses in training with E.M.H. learn in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We believe in starting horses slowly and allowing them to progress at their own pace.
